Unfortunately, due to the customization of our stationery templates, our team designs each item uniquely for you, thus it cannot be refunded. However, we approach each issue on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly with any issues you might have encountered.
Issues
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days. We are committed to providing beautiful stationery and will be happy to work with you if you are unhappy for any reason.
Cancellations
If you have opted to use our printing services for any of your stationery needs, you may cancel your order prior to production. Printing begins after final proof approval and payment has been received. Once your order is approved for printing, it immediately goes into production and cannot be canceled. If there are any issues after you have received your order, please contact us so we can better assist you.
