How do I Order my custom template?
Here is a step-by-step process of how to order your custom stationery templates:
Select the design you want from one of our collections.
Complete the customization form before checkout.
Add the selected item to cart and checkout.
Once your order is processed, our design team will customize your template within 24-48 hours and email you a proof to review. There are two rounds of proofs available before the final templates are sent.
PDF versions of the final templates (sized) will be sent to the email address in your order.
What is included in the proofing process?
The proofing process includes two rounds of proofs; the first round is based off of the wording and colors submitted in your order and the remaining round is saved for any revisions.
You will work directly with our design team on any wording changes, colors changes, and minor layout adjustments can be made during the revision round.
Change requests beyond the two complimentary revision rounds are invoiced at $25 per round.
Can I print these templates at home?
Yes, of course! All of our templates were designed with the intent of printing on your home printer. However, if you have any issues printing or setting up the files to do so, please contact our team so we can assist you.
Can i Send My files to a printer?
Yes, of course! Even though our templates were created to print at home, they are also perfectly sized to send to any printer. We create all our files in a standard size. Either send to a printer of your choice, or consult with our design team. Working with our team helps guide you to the best options and pricing for your budget.
Can I Order from your Etsy Store?
Yes, of course! All of the items available on our website are also available through our Etsy store. You can access the store by clicking here.
Why are the prices different on your website and Esty Store?
When you purchase a template through our Etsy store, you are able to edit the text and items on the template and instantly download the designs through Templett. Because you are formatting everything yourself and are able to download instantly, we offer slightly different pricing.
When you purchase from our website, our expert designers custom format each order based on the customerβs requests. We are also able to accommodate color changes, text formatting, etc. We spend the time making each order perfect so you do not have to worry.
Are there any discounts available?
We always offer discounts to our email subscribers. We also have site-wide sales, but you will know about them first if you are an email subscriber. Be sure you sign up!
